Albert Lea Mock Trial has been Coached by Neil Chalmers from 2001-2018 and again in the 2022-2023 season.  Over that time period, most seasons, ALHS has had multiple teams compete in the Minnesota State Bar Associations High School Mock Trial Competition.   One season ALHS fielded 5 teams in the competition.  ALHS has competed in the Region Finals 11 times and has won the Region Championship 4 times.  ​
